Part-Time Industrial Nurse Practitioner
Location: Multiple sites in the Greater Milwaukee Area
Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week; hours vary based on client needs

As an Industrial Medical Provider, you�ll help shape healthier workplaces by delivering proactive care, injury prevention, and wellness support to employees in manufacturing settings.
This dynamic, hands-on role is ideal for a flexible and safety-driven clinician who thrives in fast-paced environments. All necessary protective equipment will be provided to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide onsite occupational health services across multiple industrial client locations. Responsibilities include preventive care, acute treatment, health coaching, and emergency response. You�ll work under the supervision of our Medical Director and collaborate closely with onsite clinic staff and client leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
- Perform physical exams, health screenings, and assessments
- Support audiograms, vaccine clinics, post-offer evaluations, biometrics, and respirator fit testing
- Provide patient education, wellness coaching, and biometric lab reviews
- Deliver acute care services including mobile x-ray interpretation, lab draws, differential diagnosis, and symptom management
- Perform procedures such as:
- Venipuncture
- IM/SQ vaccinations
- Suturing/stapling
- Splinting of sprains/strains
- Foreign body removal (eyes/ears)
- TB skin testing
- EKG interpretation
- Respirator fit testing and physicals
- Lead wellness initiatives such as lunch-and-learn sessions and distributing educational materials
- Maintain clinic operations including documentation, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
- Travel between client sites as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA in Wisconsin with current DEA registration
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- Experience in occupational health, urgent care, or emergency medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse client environments
