Job Description

Are you passionate about designing seamless experiences for users? At RouteOne Group, we create mobile and desktop applications for US truck drivers and trucking companies, including the Go Truck Navigation App (RouteOne GO) and our ELD solution. We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape the future of digital solutions in the trucking industry. 
 
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00)

Responsibilities:

  • User Flows diagrams: Develop user flows based on user interactions with different UI elements. 
  • UX/UI Design: Create visually engaging interfaces for mobile and web applications.
  •  Interaction Design: Define smooth and effective user interactions. 
  • UI Kits and Design Systems: Build reusable UI components, kits, and design systems to maintain consistency across platforms. 
  • Interactive Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to bring your designs to life. 
  • User Research: Conduct interviews and usability tests to understand user needs and uncover pain points. 
  • Benchmarking: Analyze competitors and industry best practices to inform design decisions.
Requirements: 
  • Over 5 years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of end-to-end interface projects. 
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience creating multi-page interactive prototypes. 
  • Strong grasp of interface design principles, including Google Material and Apple HIG. 
  • Hands-on experience with user interviews and usability testing. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in Agile teams. 
  • Experience designing fintech or financial applications will be a strong advantage. 
  • Benchmarking competitors' analysis and best practices.
  • Strong spoken English skills.
