We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team within our Multimatic Special Vehicle Operations (MSVO) division, operating in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for a career-focused professional who values consistency, accuracy, and process discipline in a structured setting.
This position is onsite Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily customer invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Maintain customer credit files and supporting documentation.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and chargebacks.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and production teams regarding invoicing matters.
- Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain organized records in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting all levels of customers.
- Familiarity with EDI, customer portals, and customer-specific billing processes is an asset.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with proven reconciliation skills.
- Reliable with a consistent and stable work history.
- Interest in expanding knowledge within the broader finance function is an asset.
- Ability to travel occasionally, as required.
This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be:
