Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team within our Multimatic Special Vehicle Operations (MSVO) division, operating in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for a career-focused professional who values consistency, accuracy, and process discipline in a structured setting.

This position is onsite Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily customer invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
  • Maintain customer credit files and supporting documentation. 
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and chargebacks. 
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and production teams regarding invoicing matters. 
  • Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
  • Maintain organized records in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience. 
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting all levels of customers.
  • Familiarity with EDI, customer portals, and customer-specific billing processes is an asset.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Strong attention to detail with proven reconciliation skills. 
  • Reliable with a consistent and stable work history.
  • Interest in expanding knowledge within the broader finance function is an asset.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as required.
     

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be:

$42,640.00 - $63,627.20
