Job Title: Global Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

Position Overview

Integrated Global Logistics is seeking experienced Sales Executives to drive profitable new business across global and domestic transportation markets. This role covers the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through solution design, pricing, negotiation, and successful handoff to operations. Backed by highly capable operational teams, you will be empowered to win, onboard, and retain high-value customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong revenue-generating pipeline within your territory

  • Sell a full suite of logistics solutions including Air, Ocean, Domestic Freight, Warehousing, and Customs Brokerage

  • Leverage your existing book of business to contribute a minimum of $50K in monthly gross profit

  • Lead client discovery, design tailored logistics solutions, prepare pricing, negotiate terms, and close opportunities

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable forecasts on pipeline, GP, margins, and retention metrics

  • Partner closely with operations, account management, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of proven success in freight forwarding or 3PL sales
  • Strong track record of consistent quota achievement

  • Portable, active book of business with no restrictive non-competes

  • Consultative, hunter-focused sales approach with the ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers

  • Skilled in CRM usage, pipeline management, and data-driven territory planning
