What You’ll Do

• Assist walk-in customers and respond to sales leads
• Sell powersports vehicles, boats, trailers, and equipment
• Guide customers through the full sales process from start to finish
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Manage multiple customers and priorities at once
• Work closely with sales, parts, and service teams

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (retail, automotive, or commission-based a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused
• Interest in powersports, marine, or outdoor equipment is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $50,000 – $125,000+ per year (base + commission)
• Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weekend availability required
• Hours may vary based on customer demand

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check 
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
