Your Contribution



  • Achieve regional sales target set up by company, break down sales target to sales rep. and customers by following the guidance of company strategy and commercial policy


在公司战略和商务政策的指导下,完成公司制定的区域销售目标,并将销售目标分解给销售代表和客户



  • Closely follow up and review the progress of target achievement rate, find countermeasures in advance to close the gap if any


密切跟踪和回顾目标完成率的进展情况,如有差距,提前找到对策来缩小差距



  • Manage regional reports on requirements and regional sales routine activities


管理区域需求报告和区域销售日常活动



  • Identify customer demand or demand change, support customer to develop sales in a way of sustainable growth


识别客户需求或需求变化,支持客户以可持续增长的方式发展销售



  • Maintain the existing channels and develop potential channels for blank areas to continuously increase market share


维护现有渠道,开发空白区域的潜在渠道,不断提高市场占有率



  • Optimize customer structure to have a strong customer base and meet company’s development direction/strategy


优化客户结构,拥有强大的客户基础,符合公司的发展方向/战略



  • Proactively to obtain market info (competitors’ activities) and feedback in time


主动获取市场信息(竞争对手活动)并及时反馈



  • Monitor routine sales activities (inquiry, order delivery, claim, payment etc.) and track customer’s credit 


监控日常销售活动(询价,订单交付,索赔,付款等)并跟踪客户信用



  • Support PM team to collect market demand to develop new product lines


支持产品团队收集市场需求以开发新产品线



  • Arrange effective trainings based on customer requirements and new business opportunity identified


根据客户需求和发现的新商机安排有效的培训



  • Frequently visit customers to maintain good relationship and close to the market


经常拜访客户,保持良好的关系,贴近市场



  • Good communication with internal functions to drive sales performance to a good result


与内部各职能部门保持良好的沟通,推动销售业绩达到良好的结果


 


Your Experience & Qualifications



  • Bachelor degree or above


本科及以上学历



  • Minimum 5 years working experience and more than 3 years of proven success in IAM


至少5年工作经验,在汽车后市场领域有超过 3 年的切实成果。



  • Rich sales experience on collision (technical) parts and channel management


丰富的碰撞(技术)配件销售经验和渠道管理经验



  • Able to accept frequent business trips (>50%)


能够接受频繁的出差(占比超过 50%)



  • Good reputation in IAM


在汽车后市场有良好的声誉



  • Strong communication skills (internal as well as external) and team player


出色的沟通能力(包括内部沟通和对外沟通)以及团队合作精



  • Proactive and thorough thinking,Target driven
