Job Description

Job Description Experience: 6-10 yrs (approx.)

Education: Btech/MCA

Base Location: Chennai

 

Mandatory Skills:

 



  • Proficient understanding of developing SPA (Single Page Application) using Angular (versions - 16 & above) – and associated libraries;
  • Expertise with Micro-frontend UI architecture (preferably along with AWS cloud)
  • Proficient understanding of Angular ecosystem and its usage in high traffic/ high throughout, performant and secure production environment;
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOJS) – Typescript, ES6, ES7, ES8, ESNext
  • Good understanding of legacy Angular JS framework and experience in technology transitions & framework upgradations.
  • Good understanding of RxJs & NGXS libraries
  • Proficient understanding of unit testing using JavaScript test frameworks like Jasmine, Karma along with SonarQube;
  • Intermediate level understanding of Node JS, Express JS
  • Good understanding of Server-Side Rendering, Isomorphic Application development with modern UI frameworks. 
  • Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3,
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience in Responsive UI design, Knowledge of UI design patterns and best practices
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Good understanding of UI Accessibility standards.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT
  • Proficient understanding of deployment process of UI application
  • Nice to have experience on developing SPAs using React, Redux libraries.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 



  • Should define and drive technical strategy and architectural vision that supports the successful execution of the product vision and business strategy.
  • Defining best practices & standards for usage of libraries, frameworks and other tools being used;
  • Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of software and marketing applications from development, delivery, and releases.
  • Breakdown complex requirements into independent architectural components, modules, tasks and strategies and collaborate with peer leadership through the full software development lifecycle to deliver top quality, on time and within budget.
  • Lead and coach a team of software developers, architects, and other technical staff both externally and virtually.
  • Demonstrate excellent communications with stakeholders regarding delivery goals, objectives, deliverables, plans and status throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Should be able to work with various stakeholders (Architects/Product Owners/Leadership) as well as team - Lead/ Principal/ Individual Contributor for Web UI/ Front End Development;
  • Should be able to work in an agile, dynamic team environment;

 

Desirable Skills:



  • Individuals with experience in managing production applications on Azure – cloud, usage of various Azure services for enhanced scalability, performance, effective logging, monitoring, reporting, dash boarding ( APM Tools)
