About the Role
We are a manufacturing company seeking a highly detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated Office Support Specialist. This role combines general office support with document control responsibilities, including maintaining accurate records, organizing confidential documents, and supporting the team with data entry and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents
- Maintain accurate document records, including version updates and naming conventions
- Enter data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
- Ensure documents are complete, current, and properly stored
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and follow established security procedures
- Assist team members in locating or updating required documents
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, copying and administrative support.
