Job Summary



We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our residential real estate sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing sales talent, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership experience, a solid understanding of the home sales process, and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.





Key Responsibilities



Sales Leadership




  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets

  • Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and market share

  • Set clear individual and team goals, providing ongoing performance feedback and support

  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and motivated team environment



Client & Relationship Management




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, developers, and key partners

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues

  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions within the residential real estate space



Market Analysis & Strategy




  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

  • Conduct research and provide actionable insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings

  • Identify new opportunities for growth and potential risks in the market



Sales Reporting & Forecasting




  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to leadership

  • Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve results

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions



Cross-Functional Collaboration




  • Partner with marketing, operations, and other teams to execute sales campaigns effectively

  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders as needed



Sales Operations




  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and strong conversion rates

  • Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and sales budgets

  • Monitor inventory and property availability, keeping clients informed on timelines
