工作职责

执行机械结构设计任务： 在指导下，负责洗地机指定子模块的详细结构设计工作。参与设计评审，根据反馈进行设计修改和优化。 参与项目开发与支持，

理解产品需求和设计规范，支持概念和方案设计阶段的可行性分析。

协助项目进度的跟进，及时汇报设计任务完成情况。

积极参与DFM（面向制造的设计）讨论，理解制造工艺约束，并在设计中应用。

协助解决试产及量产中出现的装配、生产和质量问题。

执行工程师制定的零部件及整机的可靠性测试、性能测试方案，记录并分析测试结果。

编制设计文档：

创建和整理设计技术文档，包括详细工程图纸、BOM清单、测试报告等。

协助准备DFMEA、设计规格书等文档的初稿。

确保输出文档的准确性和符合公司基础规范。

职位要求

机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历。 3年及以上结构设计经验。 扎实的机械设计基础知识，了解常用工程材料特性及应用，熟悉塑胶件（注塑）、金属件（压铸、冲压、机加工）、钣金等常用制造工艺的基本原理、设计要点及常见缺陷。 精通Creo (Pro/E)，须通过Creo或相关的软件实操能力测试，了解和运用主流CAE工具（如ANSYS Mechanical, Creo Simulate等）进行结构仿真分析者优先。 责任心与主动性： 工作认真负责，能按时完成分配的设计任务，主动学习和提升。 团队合作精神： 积极融入团队，乐于分享和学习。 基本的英文读写能力，能理解英文技术资料和邮件，口语能力不做强制要求，具备简单沟通能力者更佳。
