About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Global Middle Office Operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client onboarding and operational processes within the fast-paced world of fintech and stock brokerage.
As part of the Middle Office team, you will play a supporting role in ensuring seamless client onboarding and ongoing operational excellence. You’ll gain exposure to key functions such as:
- Client Onboarding: Supporting the end-to-end onboarding of global institutional and retail clients.
- Executing Broker & Custodian Onboarding: Assisting with the setup and coordination of relationships with trading counterparties and custodians.
- Brokerage System Administration: Helping manage and maintain critical client and operational data across internal systems.
What You’ll Learn:
- The full lifecycle of client onboarding in a regulated financial environment.
- The global financial crime prevention framework, including exposure to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- How fintech platforms interact with global banks, brokers, and financial institutions.
- Project-based work in operational risk, compliance, or client data management.

- A current undergraduate or recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
