Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP, a nationally respected Family Law Firm with a focus on high-net-worth clients, complex litigation, and mediation, seeks a dedicated full-time Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of family law experience to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in all aspects of family law matters.
  • Be an integral part of litigation and mediation teams.

 

Qualifications:

  • Illinois Bar admission is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience practicing family law with a focus on civil litigation.
  • Overall case management experience, including drafting pleadings, with active participation in court proceedings.
  • Strong writing skills  candidates are required to submit a writing sample demonstrating clear, effective communication skills.
  • Excellent research and presentation skills.
  • The ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the Firm’s existing client base.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to manage a diverse caseload with professionalism and care.


Base compensation ranges between $100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending upon experience, plus eligibility for hours-based and origination-based bonuses.
