Job Description

KWS Türk is looking for an Office Administration & Archive Associate Specialist for our Vegetable Unit in Eskişehir. In this versatile role, you will provide organizational and administrative support to the Head of Breeding and the Administration Manager, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.This position is full-time and permanent.


Your Responsibilities:



  • Organize and coordinate logistics for employees, management, and visitors (e.g., visa processes, travel, accommodation)

  • Liaise with local authorities and assist with administrative operations and approvals

  • Manage the company fleet (e.g., vehicle bookings, maintenance, mileage tracking, traffic fines, reporting)

  • Collaborate with internal departments on reporting, process improvements, and administrative tasks (e.g., invoice handling, onboarding/offboarding)

  • Maintain and update personnel and asset data in coordination with IT (e.g., device replacements)

  • Coordinate with GTC, AP, and AR teams regarding invoices, tax matters, and customer postings

  • Support BTS Turkey administrative activities (e.g., scanning and forwarding invoices)

  • Handle processes with local authorities (e.g., tax office, notary, bank, municipality)

  • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., catering, car rental) and research new vendor networks as needed

  • Take responsibility for company-wide archiving activities in compliance with data privacy regulations


Your Profile:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (English as language of instruction)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Fluent Turkish and at least B2-level English (spoken English test will be conducted)

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); SAP knowledge is a plus

  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

  • Highly responsible, reliable, and proactive with a strong “can-do” attitude

  • Team-oriented with attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Class B driver’s license with active driving ability

  • Residing in Eskişehir or willing to relocate
