We’re seeking an energetic, hands-on Sales Manager who is ready to lead by example, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a dynamic role for a motivated professional who wants to grow their leadership career in a fast-paced, fun environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their goals
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
• Set and track performance metrics and team objectives with store leadership
• Conduct daily sales meetings and foster a positive, results-driven culture
• Collaborate with Finance and Service departments to drive overall profitability
• Maintain a culture centered on teamwork, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales and team leadership (powersports or automotive preferred)
• Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
• Passion for powersports and the outdoor lifestyle
• Highly organized and driven with a results-focused mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Familiarity with digital tracking tools and CRM systems
• Positive attitude and commitment to team success
