Holiday Inn Express & Suites is hiring a dependable and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team in Warrenton, VA. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for guests, we’d love to meet you.
Pay: $13-$15 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time available
Shift: Morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
Location: On-site (not remote)
Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Check guests in and out using the property management system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
