What You'll Do:
Support production and service operations by refurbishing, preparing, and maintaining high-quality shipping containers used across the healthcare industry.
- Perform service-related tasks including refurbishment, cleaning, repair, kitting, conditioned pack-out, and pallet preparation.
- Band, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Follow daily work schedules and ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Use inventory systems to track refurbishment activities and material movement.
- Verify all documentation and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and retrieving materials to support production and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow all SOPs, quality standards, and safety (AWAIR) policies.
- Support cross-training efforts and rotate across departments based on business needs.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to complete tasks and resolve issues.
- Report maintenance or operational concerns to leadership.
- Complete required training and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling processes.
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks or willingness to be trained.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and documentation.
- Willingness to learn, be cross-trained, and support multiple functions.
- Ability to identify and communicate issues during production processes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Associate degree in a technical or business-related field is a plus.
- Experience working in an ISO-regulated environment is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
