BAE Systems Intelligence & Security division is seeking qualified candidates to join our team in Washington DC as part of a national strategic effort in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Strategic Planning and Response for China (SPARC) program.  As part of this effort you will be contributing to the integration of resources that are needed to compete with, deter, and – if necessary – defeat the Peoples Republic of China (PRC).

Required Skills and Education

Position Description:
  • Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
  • Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
  • Coordinates increased contractor footprint and requirements upon Government execution of Surge requirements
  • Supports the Contractor PM track and report on the status and progress of contractor surge
    support.
  • Establishes the Program Management Office for post-activation execution, providing
    management support of contractor communications, security processing, space requirements, travel, visas, taxes, and Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) considerations.
  • Oversees the Intelligence Management Specialists and Special Security Technicians
    supplementing CMG receipt, staging and on-ward integration (RSOI) of increased contractor staff.

Required Experience: 
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant management experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Required Qualities:
  • Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
    • Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
    • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
    • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
    • Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
    • Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
