    EARLY HEAD START MANAGER
     
     
    SUMMARY: The Leaguers Inc is seeking a Early Head Start Manager to assist in the administration of the Early Head Start program.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
    The Early Head Start Manager is responsible for assisting in program design and management, oversight of record-keeping and monitoring systems and the development of community partnerships. The individual will assist in the establishment of systems that ensure the health and safety of infants and toddlers. Work in collaboration with the Associate Director of Early Head Start, Instructional Coaches, Child Care Partners to deliver EHS Services.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
     
    • Assist in hiring, mentoring, coaching and evaluating EHS Staff;
    • Promote a consistent exchange of information for the EHS program;
    • Participate in the design of EHS internal structures, systems and policies for the EHS program;
    • Ensure consistency in EHS service delivery with attention to inclusive practices and integration of component areas;
    • Assist in preparing EHS program reports;
    • Attend interagency organizational and planning meetings as appropriate;
    • Participate in the development of collaborations and facility development for families and/or services;
    • Assist the Associate Director of EHS in the development of EHS porgram budgets and supply needs;
    • Design and deliver training in areas of expertise;
    • All other duties that align with the position.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • MUST hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration or related field;
    • Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience;
    • Supervisory experience prefered.

    SALARY:
    Negotiated based on experience and certification
