Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Fulfillment Department. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day fulfillment operations, maintaining strong communication with customers and vendors, and helping ensure inventory levels are accurately managed to support business needs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate order statuses, updates, and shipping information with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, lead times, and shipment schedules.
- Create and maintain inventory forecasts based on sales trends, demand, and operational needs.
- Place inventory orders to help minimize out-of-stock situations while avoiding overstocking.
- Assist with order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations as needed.
- Support additional departmental tasks and operational projects when required.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and order management software.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed.
