Client Care Summary / Caregiver Job Description

  • Client: Female

  • Location: Monroe Township 08831

  • Schedule:

    • Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    • Total: 29 hours per week

  • Living Situation: Lives with mother

  • Mobility: Ambulates independently

Assistance Needed

The client requires assistance with:

  • Bathing

  • Dressing

  • Meal preparation

  • Light housekeeping/cleaning

  • Light laundry

Additional Information

  • 2 dogs in the home

  • Non-smoking home

Ideal Caregiver

Seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver who can assist with personal care and household support while helping maintain the client’s comfort and independence. Experience with ADL assistance preferred.
