Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment working in a similar position.   The job will consist of intense “hands on” shop floor interaction. Candidate should have a good general computer skills and the ability to communicate well with all departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to read and write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, and other written procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization. 
• Must be able to perform basic math skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Must follow all Standard Operator Procedures
• Previous experience in a light manufacturing/assembly environment preferred.
• Solid verbal communication, listening, and priority setting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to relate well with people from diverse groups.
• Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks
• Flexibility to work weekends, cover shifts and overtime
• Follows standard safety procedures, regulations, processes and policies.

Job Requirements:
