Job Description

What you will do

  • independently solving standard tickets; Support in difficult situations with guidance from supervision and collaborate with other IT teams globally on ticket resolution (including external support)

  • New computers preparation / replacement / disposal and support for cell phones (iPhone and Android) and wireless modems

  • Assist with installing or upgrading the production/Logistics software

  • Support solving standard hardware (computers, printers, telephones, scanner, etc.) and software problems (office and production software)

  • IT equipment management (Maintain stock level, ordering, dealing with invoices and documenting in asset tracker)

What you bring

Experience

  • A minimum of one year of professional experience in IT support,

  • Certification and courses related to IT (ITILv4, CompTia A+, Microsoft certs, …)

  • IT Support/computer science

  • English required, other languages a plus

  • Ability to learn quick

  • Team work

  • Work under pressure

  • Care for quality over quantity
