Job Description
• Support the planning, coordination, and administration of training programs for employees
and customers across multiple business functions

• Create, update, and maintain training materials and help documents in a variety of formats,
including presentations, job aids, videos, e-learning modules, and SCORM files

• Support an inclusive and collaborative communications strategy that fosters employee
development and knowledge transfer through diverse channels and instructional techniques
(e.g., Learning Management System (LMS), knowledge base, SharePoint, webinars, role
play, simulations, team exercises)
• Coordinate training schedules, learner communications, enrollments, and session logistics

• Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and reporting within the LMS and other
internal systems

• Generate reports on training participation, completion, implementation, and outcomes

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop and improve
training content for internal and customer-facing learning needs

• Assist with video-based learning content, including recording, editing, formatting, and
publishing training videos as needed

• Support internal training system elements, including training processes and metrics (design,
delivery, trainer qualifications, documentation, and training effectiveness).

• Collect and analyze feedback from trainers and trainees after each session to drive
continuous improvement.

• Plan and support training sessions by coordinating logistics and providing on-site or virtual
assistance.

• Host and facilitate train-the-trainer workshops for internal subject-matter experts to ensure
consistent delivery.

• Review and evaluate curricula regularly to keep content current, inclusive, and aligned with
business objectives.

• Research emerging training methods and industry best practices, attend seminars or
meetings, and integrate new techniques into future programs.

• Manage and maintain the online training library and other shared learning resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years related experience in Education or Training, or equivalent
combination of education and experience (aviation industry experience a plus)

• Experience directly related to CAMP Systems unique business model is desired, but not
required

• Strong time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, both
written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
products

• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to
detail

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, e-learning platforms, and digital training
tools preferred

• Experience supporting training logistics, maintaining records, or updating training materials
preferred
