Join Our Team as a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant at Trinity Place



Join Our Caring Team!



Trinity Place is hiring CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our dedicated and compassionate team! Openings for part-time with benefits (20+hrs), and part-time no benefits (19 hrs. or less)!






    • 1st shift: 7am -3pm

    • 2nd shift: 3pm – 11pm

    • 3rd shift: 11pm – 7am





What We Offer




  • $2,500 INCENTIVE (paid out over the first year of employment)

  • Competitive pay starting at $17+/hour based on experience

  • Additional $4/hour for weekend shifts

  • Additional $3/hour for second shift hours

  • Additional $2/hour for teammates who opt out of benefits

  • Benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.) eligibility beginning after just 30 days of employment

Your Role



As a CNA, you will:




  • Taking patients’ vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate.

  • Helping patients bathe, dress, and use the bathroom.

  • Assisting patients with meals and documenting their food and liquid intake.

  • Answering patient call lights.

  • Stocking supplies.



Qualifications




  • Education: Must possess at minimum a 10th grade education.

  • Graduation from an accredited CNA program.

  • Current CNA license in the state of North Carolina.

  • CPR certification or willingness to complete it.



Work Environment




  • Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.

  • Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.

  • Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
