WAREHOUSE SHIPPING & RECEIVING ASSOCIATE 

Shipping:

Monday 12PM - 9:30PM

Tuesday- Friday 4PM- 9PM

Receiving: 

9:30AM - 5:30PM

BluPax is currently seeking responsible, hard-working, motivated team players to join our  warehouse team. 

The Part-Time Warehouse Associate will be responsible for several functions in the warehouse including, but not limited to picking, packing, shipping, following company policies and procedures and assisting in the upkeep of the warehouse.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, as well as maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. The position is part-time, offering flexible hours.

 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipping:
    • Pick and pack orders for shipping according to specifications.
    • Ensure all items are properly labeled, packed securely, and prepared for shipment.
    • Operate shipping software to generate labels and track packages.
    • Verify the accuracy of shipping addresses and other details before sending out orders.
  • Receiving:
    • Receive incoming shipments, verify item quantities, and inspect for damages.
    • Unload shipments and ensure all products are properly logged into the inventory system.
    • Organize and store products in the appropriate areas within the warehouse.
    • Maintain records of received products and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
    • Keep track of incoming and outgoing goods to maintain accurate stock levels.
    • Assist with restocking and rotating inventory as needed.
  • General Warehouse Duties:
    • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by following safety protocols and guidelines.
    • Maintain warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
    • Assist with other warehouse tasks, such as palletizing, sorting, and labeling, as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Education/Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous warehouse experience (shipping/receiving) is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Basic computer skills (inventory management software and shipping tools).
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • High sense of integrity.
    • Adaptive attitude while maintaining positivity and being a true team player. 
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
    • Ability to bend, twist, and lift items as required by the position.

Additional functions and job duties as assigned and required by the warehouse manager and or supervisor
