Requirements

In this role, you’ll coordinate maintenance requests and work orders, schedule vendors and contractors, track service progress, and support the Engineering team to ensure all facilities and systems run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requests in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal Candidate:
• 2+ years in maintenance coordination, facilities, or hospitality operations preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing work orders
