Employee Prerequisites

  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to clearly read, interpret, and communicate and repair information
  • Proven experience working with Nissan vehicle systems, tools, and diagnostics
  • Required certifications and licenses (compensation based on skill level and experience)
  • Flexible availability to maximize booked hours and earning potential

Role Responsibilities

  • Diagnose & Plan Repairs: Quickly identify mechanical issues and create efficient repair plans that keep work moving and hours turning.
  • Maximize Productive Time: Perform high‑quality repairs and routine maintenance to maintain strong flat‑rate performance.
  • Build Customer Confidence: Clearly explain repair needs and options to support approvals and drive additional work.
  • Document for Accuracy & Pay: Complete clear, accurate repair documentation to ensure proper billing and maximize earned hours.
