LPN No Weekends

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Eastern Star Home in Oriskany, NY. As an LPN with our organization, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This is a full-time position with no weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided

• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including setting goals and objectives

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the State of New York

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience as an LPN, with willingness to learn and grow with our organization
