The primary responsibility of the Data Solutions Manager is to hire, develop, coach, and mentor team members to foster their growth and ensure the Data Client Solutions teams consistently deliver fast, professional, and accurate products and services to both internal and external clients.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing process execution to ensure operational efficiency and the effective utilization of resources.

Accuracy:

  • Make well-informed decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
  • Systematically monitor and maintain individual and departmental accuracy through audits and checks.
  • Ensure quality metrics are met and minimize client-reported errors.

Productivity:

  • Set clear objectives and measure progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support team members to optimize workflow and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Use systematic processes to assess productivity, time management, and resource utilization, while seeking process improvements.
  • Adapt to ambiguity and uncertainty, effectively managing risks and challenges.
  • Manage projects and resources across verticals to support business goals.

Knowledge and Skill Development:

  • Stay updated on product applications, best practices, and client strategies.
  • Commit to continuous self-improvement and anticipate trends to enhance skills.
  • Actively develop skills based on business trends and emerging needs.

Organizational and Interpersonal Positioning:

  • Build rapport, listen well, and maintain patience in communications.
  • Align actions with core values and maintain fairness in relationships.
  • Maintain confidentiality, admit mistakes, and uphold ethical standards.
  • Ensure privacy and data security are maintained at all times.

    • Assume any necessary role to support the team’s success.
  • Managerial Acumen & Courage:
    • Possess broad knowledge and anticipate trends, making confident decisions.

    • Lead decisively during crises and challenging situations.
  • Developing Direct Reports & Others:
    • Hold regular team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and development sessions.
    • Prioritize individual training and development, offering stretch opportunities.
    • Provide timely, actionable feedback and address performance issues promptly.
    • Take corrective actions when necessary to manage performance effectively.
  • Minimum of 24 months proficiency in Management experience preferred or comparable Epsilon experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a hands-on approach / involvement in day-to-day operations
  • In-depth understanding and working knowledge of core Data products and the production process
  • Experience with direct supervision of both highly skilled and novice staff preferred
  • Demonstrated poise, maturity, and professionalism dealing with individuals at any level of an organization internally and externally
  • Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills with particular attention to precision of language and the ability to organize information succinctly and logically
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Proven track record of Strategic Thinking and Decision Making
  • Demonstrated effectiveness using rigorous logic and methods to solve problems and can act without complete information under deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership attributes including: responsiveness to the needs of the group, effective and honest communication with team/peers, accurate self-assessment of individual strengths/weaknesses, and ability to inspire others
  • Demonstrates business maturity and is a positive influence among the team.
  • Aligns with management and champions changing business direction relative to goals and expectations
  • Flexible and adaptable to change and in handling risk / uncertainty
  • Maintains composure under pressure
  • Working Conditions: Flexibility in Scheduling / Overtime relative to the needs of the business

Base Salary: $89,300.00 - $165,800.00

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
