WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Handle a high volume of inbound service calls and internet inquiries
- Set, confirm, and maximize service appointments
- Make outbound calls daily (no exceptions) for follow ups, missed appointments, and service campaigns
- Re-engage past clients and drive service retention
- Work closely with service advisors to ensure appointments show and convert
- Track performance and hit daily/weekly/monthly KPI's
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong phone presence and confidence closing appointments
- BDC, call center, sales, or automotive experience preferred
- Competitive mindset with a drive to win
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Organized, consistent, and goal oriented
