The Business Analyst III is responsible for analyzing business practices, identifying operational and technical process improvements, and managing the implementation of strategic initiatives across assigned business areas. Analysts will serve as subject matter experts and technical liaisons for functional areas, leading project management and providing consultation for business problems and change proposals.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, with a demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems and drive practical solutions. They will possess exceptional business communication skills, and excel at creating clear, detailed documentation for audiences across the organization. They will have a strong technical background, and a proven mastery of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organizes stakeholders across business units (ex. sales, marketing, operations, accounting) to gather and understand organizational needs and objectives
- Authors and disseminates requirements and documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partners with technical teams to assess business requirements, evaluate technical and non-technical opportunities, and design highly operable solutions
- Manages internal and external resources to accomplish project goals within expected budgets and timelines.
- Develops detailed quality-assurance test plans and conducts alpha testing for technical products. Manages beta testing with stakeholder groups.
- Creates and maintains user- and technical-facing documentation for use during training sessions and after change implementation.
- Champions change management and continuous improvement
- Leads analysis and troubleshooting for supported business applications and processes
- Manages, plans, and directs the implementation and post-launch activities of technical products and solutions.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years previous project management or technical analyst experience
- Proven ability to manage projects and advance business deadlines
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Access or equivalent database interfaces
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.

Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year. We share our pay ranges because transparency matters. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay based on experience and performance.
