Hiring Immediately Used Vehicle Assistant for our Volkswagen store in Devon, PA!

Full time schedule Monday through Saturday 9am to 5pm. Part time schedule 3 days a week 9am to 5pm.
Manage Used car reconditioning:
- Create vehicle get ready when vehicle arrives.
- Approve/decline service work
- Visually inspect vehicles prior to recondition
- Get vehicles to front line in a timely manner (goal 5 day to front line)
- Complete all open campaigns, utilizing factory sites to get recalls
- Set schedule with vendors for repairs needed: PDR/wheels/windshield
Marketing and Display:
- Initial picture spread of photos, minimum of 10 photos day one after trade-in
- Full picture spread completed after detail/recon/prior to lot display
- Print sale price hang tag
- Create vehicle brochure/evidence manual: including Carfax, service bill
- Marketing stickers on vehicle: year/warranty label/VW CPO sticker
Manage Inventory:
- As vehicles age inspect them for unsold issues
- Drive cars that are aging and have not been sold
- Assist with arranging inventory to maximize display
- Quality check vehicles
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers license with clean driving record
- Manual dexterity and good judgement
- Ability to work in both hot and cold working environments
- Reliability to be on time and maintain working standards
- At least 18 years of age
