As a member of the IT Team at OnLogic, you are responsible for developing our facilities automation services and supporting our other core business applications. In this role you will improve our services and provide primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to our internal applications.
We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and the benefits of a strong workplace community. Therefore, this role requires an onsite presence at our South Burlington, VT office. We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing our global Facility Automation services.
- Managing our global Physical Access Control System (PACS).
- Managing our global real-time AI object detection Surveillance service.
- Managing incoming support requests related to our ERP, CRM or Ecommerce site.
- Debugging, coding, testing and documenting simple software fixes and escalating more complex issues.
- Developing and running business reports.
- Developing knowledge of the OnLogic products and internal processes.
- Writing effective documentation and training support for systems.
