We’re looking for a detail-oriented, patient-focused Ophthalmic Technician to join our collaborative care team. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with providers to deliver exceptional patient experiences, supporting exams, performing diagnostic testing, and helping patients clearly understand their care.

What You’ll Do:

Assist providers during patient exams and procedures
Perform diagnostic testing (OCT, visual fields, topography, etc.)
Accurately document exam findings and patient history
Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
Maintain smooth patient flow and a high standard of care
Support minor in-office procedures and medication administration

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Team-first mindset with a willingness to learn
Prior ophthalmic experience (COA/COT) is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

$20–$26/hour (based on experience)
