We’re looking for a detail-oriented, patient-focused Ophthalmic Technician to join our collaborative care team. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with providers to deliver exceptional patient experiences, supporting exams, performing diagnostic testing, and helping patients clearly understand their care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist providers during patient exams and procedures 
  • Perform diagnostic testing (OCT, visual fields, topography, etc.) 
  • Accurately document exam findings and patient history 
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care 
  • Maintain smooth patient flow and a high standard of care 
  • Support minor in-office procedures and medication administration 


Requirements

 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills 
  • Team-first mindset with a willingness to learn 
  • Prior ophthalmic experience (COA/COT) is a plus, but not required 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $20–$26/hour (based on experience)
