The Artificial Lift Tech is responsible for monitoring and analyzing daily well operations, identifying exceptions, and troubleshooting variances in production data. This role is responsible for coordinating chemical treatments, rigless jobs, and storm recovery efforts while ensuring accurate well test coding, downtime reporting, and displacement monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize artificial lift systems across assigned wells
- Conduct fluid level diagnostics and troubleshoot lift performance
- Ensure safe and efficient well control practices
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain uptime
- Operate and maintain agency-provided vehicle for field operations
- Maintain accurate records and daily reports on well performance
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience with artificial lift systems and fluid level analysis
Basic understanding of well control procedures
Comfortable working in a field-based, hands-on environment
Must meet all conditional job offer requirements, including background check, drug screening, hair follicle test, agility, and fit for duty.
