JOB DESCRIPTION

Title:  School Bus Mechanic
Reports to: Transportation supervisor and head mechanic
Work Activity Classification: Heavy
Employment Status: Full-time
FLSA Status: Non-exempt

12 months

Qualifications:

1. Valid Class B CDL with School Bus and Passenger
endorsements
2. Ability to perform a variety of tasks involved in bus
diesel engine repair
3. High school graduate or equivalent
4. At least eighteen years old
5. High moral character and good attendance

6. Demonstrate aptitude for successful completion of tasks assigned
