What We’re Looking For
We are open to a wide range of experience levels — from early-career professionals to seasoned construction safety leaders.
Depending on the level, you may bring:
- Experience in construction safety, field operations, safety program support, or industrial environments
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction industry safety standards
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence, coach, and encourage safe behavior
- Curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn and grow in the safety profession
- Professional certifications (CHST, OHST, CSP, TUV, etc.) — a plus, but not required for Specialist roles
Most importantly, you bring a servant leader mindset and a commitment to keeping people safe.
Work Environment
These roles are field-based with regular travel to job sites across Wisconsin and surrounding areas. You’ll work outdoors, partner closely with project teams, and play a visible role in shaping our safety culture every day.
