Talent Acquisition Manager
Seeking a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a mid-sized team of clinical recruiters in an organization focused on improving mental wellness. This remote leadership role is positioned within a fast-paced environment, requiring a hands-on approach to sourcing, mentorship, and the development of recruitment strategies across a broad spectrum of roles. The successful candidate will ensure the team meets its objectives efficiently, focusing on innovation, diversity, and adaptability.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of recruiters, setting accountability measures to achieve recruitment metrics such as hiring rates and candidate volume.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Director of Talent Acquisition, identifying challenges and developing collaborative solutions.
  • Refine our recruitment model to improve experiences for candidates and leaders, emphasizing efficient, adaptable sourcing strategies.
  • Build strategic partnerships and develop sourcing techniques to widen candidate pools, catering to a diverse range of roles.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, aiming to continuously enhance our approach to attracting diverse talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish and nurture a pipeline of skilled and diverse candidates through effective sourcing and mentorship.
  • Analyze recruitment performance data to refine strategies, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Stay informed about employment trends, particularly those affecting remote team management, adapting recruitment practices accordingly.
  • Promote team development and growth through mentorship, fostering a culture that supports informed decision-making in the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing remote teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies and mentorship, with a knack for handling a wide array of roles.
  • A proven track record in a rapidly growing organization, showcasing exceptional leadership and influencing skills.
  • Strong ability to build consensus and utilize data analytics in decision-making processes.
