Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – ABA Therapy

Location: Richlands, NC (Serving Richlands and Surrounding Areas: Jacksonville, Holly Ridge, Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, Maysville, Piney Green, and nearby communities)

Hours: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Blossom ABA is hiring compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in Richlands and surrounding communities. Join a supportive team where you’ll work under experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and make a real impact in children’s lives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy

• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Track progress and session data

• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training available)

• Passion for working with children

• Reliable transportation
