Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as the project manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of ThinkEdge products development from concept to launch, including developing high-level schedules, tracking progress to ensure on-time achievement of milestones, monitoring design budgets, controlling expenses, and balancing product cost and quality to ensure successful delivery.
2. Effectively allocate internal and external resources, identify and address project issues and risks, propose solutions for change requests, regularly report project status to support decision-making, and ensure the project stays on track.
3. Establish and maintain efficient cross-functional collaboration mechanisms, coordinate closely with R&D, quality, product, service teams and suppliers to resolve bottlenecks, ensure smooth workflow and drive the achievement of project goals.
4. Enhance project management efficiency through process optimization and the exploration and application of innovative development models.

Job Requirements:
1. Have at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably with experience in enterprise-level hardware product development project management (ThinkEdge or similar edge computing product experience is a plus).
2. Possess solid professional knowledge of project management, familiar with the full lifecycle management process of product development from concept to launch.
3. Excellent resource allocation and risk management capabilities, able to effectively identify and resolve project issues and drive change management.
4. Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, capable of coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to promote project progress.
5. Have the awareness and ability of process optimization and innovation, able to continuously improve project management efficiency.
6. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to support cross-regional and cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
7. Familiar with project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira, etc.) and office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
