Job Description

Hill International is seeking a Contract Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona 

The Contract Coordinator provides support to the Program Director and is the main point of contact for the QVL contractors. Manages personnel and task authorizations. Collects monthly QVL and Prime Contractor cost information, prepares and manages monthly invoices to the Aviation Department. Monitor, maintain contract actual and forecast budgets and expenditures. Coordinates Aviation Department badging process. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Aviation Department badging process
  • Monitor equipment and supplies: software, vehicles, personal protective equipment
  • Maintain contract actual and forecast budgets and expenditures 
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Review invoices and route for approval
  • Manage time keeping process with TSheets for Prime Contractor and QVL 
     

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Management or related discipline
  • 5+ Years AP/AR experience
  • Experience with City procedures and processes 
  • SAP/Oracle products experience
  • Familiar with Project Management and support functions
