Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management

• Conductregular assessments and evaluations of patients' respiratory status

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' unique needs

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Participate in rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and best practices

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Stay up-to-date with current respiratory therapy practices, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field preferred

• Current Respiratory Therapy licensure in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
