As a CNA or HCA, you’ll be part of a supportive team focused on delivering compassionate, person-centered care. You’ll assist residents with daily activities, implement care plans, and provide both physical and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respectful, hands-on care to residents with daily living activities.
- Support licensed nurses with documentation, mobility assistance, and delegated tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families.

Requirements
- Already certified? Must have a current/active, unrestricted NAC, or HCA license in Washington State.
- CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire (we offer training).
- Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit required upon hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
