The candidate will have the ability to run a comprehensive high school boys wrestling program. The candidate should either have, or be willing to get, LPS and CHSAA certified.  The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of coaching, administrating, and managing the Arapahoe Boys Wrestling program as it relates to the players with integrity and professionalism.  This includes overseeing all day-to-day operations of the Boys Wrestling program, including coaching, development of highly skilled and academically successful student-athletes; academic monitoring and retention of student-athletes; scheduling of practices and competitions; team fundraising; knowledge and enforcement of CHSAA rules and regulations; as well as participation in student development initiatives of the Arapahoe High School Athletic Department.
