Love pets and passionate about customer service? Benson’s Pet Center is looking for dedicated leaders to join our management team. We value honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer experiences. As a leader, you'll work closely with our team to ensure top-notch service, inspire others, and make a positive impact every day.

Salary: $17.50-$19/hr. After 30 days, you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for punctuality and perfect attendance. Plus, we offer a perfect attendance bonus.

What We're Looking For:

  • Motivated individuals with supervisory experience
  • Passion for pets and customer service
  • Leadership skills to support the Store Manager
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct team members
  • Assist customers with excellent service
  • Maintain store presentation and merchandising
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts
  • Manage daily operations, including unloading deliveries, stocking, cash register operation, and animal care

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of customer service experience
  • At least one year of retail supervisory experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
