We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual with a passion for automotive reconditioning and a commitment to excellent customer service. 

Body Shop Paint Prepper or Body Shop Painter Helper is a vital support role responsible for preparing vehicles for the refinishing process.

Duties:

• Surface Preparation: Sanding down repaired areas, applying body filler, and masking off windows and trim to ensure clean paint lines.
• Paint Support: Assisting with paint mixing, moving vehicles into the spray booth, and unmasking panels after the topcoat is applied.
• General Shop Support: Sweeping floors, organizing tools, and assisting with vehicle teardowns or reassembly as assigned.
• Ensure all tasks meet company standards and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
