Physical Therapist - Early Intervention - ASPIRE DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES is expanding its teams: opportunities at both North Shore and Cape Ann (depending on your location)!

We are looking for qualified, motivated, energetic and creative professionals, to work with children in community-based settings. Aspire Early Intervention focuses on a parent coaching model to support caregivers in helping their child reach their developmental milestones.

Aspire is expanding, we are looking for in-home visitors to provide parent coaching to support positive child development outcomes. The Early Intervention Physical Therapist supports children and their families to enhance the development and learning of infants and toddlers through individualized, developmentally appropriate coaching and activities within the child's and family's everyday life in their home.

Responsibilities

  • Provide home and community-based services as a member of the transdisciplinary team to children birth to 3 years old
  • Engage caregivers through parent coaching sessions to maximize child growth and development
  • Participate in a collaborative team approach; such as facilitating playgroups or as a member of a developmental evaluation team

Qualifications/Skills

  • PT License
  • Strong writing and verbal communications skills to effectively work with clients, their families, staff, management and third-party vendors
  • Ability to independently organize, manage and prioritize tasks including; clinical caseload
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team
  • Computer Skills: Outlook, MS Office, Google Docs and Database Management
  • Must be able to lift and move children up to 40 pounds
  • Valid driver�s license and reliable vehicle
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
