Starting at $14.00/hr+ (Depending on Experience), Raises & Commission based on performance

Employment: Part Time

Schedule: 2 days (16 hours) per week

Hours: 3 pm - 11 pm shift, Friday, Saturday


Front Desk Attendant

We are seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for our guests! 

Front Desk Attendants are responsible for creating a welcoming environment, clear communication with guests and team members, and helping daily operations run smoothly.

  • Making truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
  • Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
  • Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
  • Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
  • Being our guests’ trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations

Requirements

What we need from you

  • Communication skills as guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments 
  • Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories
  • Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math and computer skills
  • Sales skills- having the ability to convince a potential guest to book a room will be key to this position (Sales training will be provided)
