Job Description

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in trailer washing, vehicle washing, maintenance, or a similar hands-on role is a plus

  • Basic understanding of trailers or mechanical/service environments preferred

  • Be able to drive a 22 Ft Box Truck, Driver’s License required

  • Ability to work with tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals

  • Physically able to perform manual work in outdoor or shop environments

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Willingness to follow safety and service procedures

  • Knowledge of English is required

  • Knowledge of Spanish or Russian is a plus

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of basic software applications and phone applications

 

DUTIES 

  • Wash and clean trucks & trailers

  • Drive Box Truck within North-West Chicagoland suburbs

  • Use washing equipment, pressure washers, and cleaning chemicals safely

  • Perform inspections of trailers and report any visible issues or damages

  • Ensure trucks or trailers are clean, presentable, and ready for service or sale

  • Follow safety procedures and service department guidelines

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash area

  • Work closely with the Service team to support overall fleet readiness

  • Report to supervisor immediately after every job is completed

  • Collect information from unit washed and fill up in software the job performed
