What you will do?:
- Manage all overnight guest reservations, including walk-ins and enquiries via phone or email
- Process payments and charges accurately, including card and cash handling
- Respond to guest enquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Execute end-of-day procedures in line with company policies and security protocols
- Count, balance, and reconcile tills and floats, ensuring accuracy in all cash and card transactions
- Maintain financial documentation including stock levels, wastage reports, and transaction logs
- Support the Front Office Manager with financial reporting and data entry as required
- Conduct scheduled security patrols throughout the property, ensuring guest safety and adherence to noise curfews
- Respond to overnight housekeeping and maintenance requests, coordinating with relevant departments
- Assist with overnight housekeeping and maintenance requests, van restock, and morning F&B setup as required
More about you:
- Knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Opera, RMS) and financial reconciliation (highly preferred but not mandatory)
- Exposure to security procedures and emergency response protocols
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication
